Information we collect

When you submit a service request, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, location, vehicle information, and a description of the service needed.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, and maintain records of the work performed. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, scheduling or communications tools) and where required by law.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Only if you allow it in our privacy choices banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and page views, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure which ads lead to booked appointments and to improve our advertising. These services receive your page address, the type of action (for example, a confirmed appointment or a tap on our phone number), the service category selected, and technical device data, and may set cookies. We do not send them your name, email, phone number, address, vehicle details or messages.

With advertising permission we also keep campaign details from the link you arrived on (such as ad click identifiers and campaign names) in your browser for up to 90 days and attach them to your appointment record, so we know which ads produce real work. We keep a record of your choice (what you chose, when, and the notice version) for up to 13 months.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time with the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of every page. Rejecting does not affect requesting service or booking.
